Yes, HER Flickr says „Portland, Oregon“ and Portland is in the background of many of her bike photos. The first one you posted shows the tarmac of the Burnside Bridge looking to the West. On the left side the reflection is from the US Bank tower, where my tax accountant has her office, and on the right you can see the White Stag leaping over a sign that is in the shape of the state of Oregon and lights up at night. Just do a Google image search for „oregon white stag sign“ and you can see it is a kind of minor landmark.
